The Opportunity
You will be part of the business unit Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems in Landskrona. We have a global responsibility for the development and manufacturing of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications that require high reliability and availability water cooling systems. Our cooling systems contribute to safe and reliable operations with a focus on the customer and the environment. The products are both project-based and mass-produced. The largest are approximately 5*3*3 m/10 tons and the smallest are around 20 kg.
In the role of warehouse administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring an efficient and structured operation of our warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring that there are updated records, and maintaining smooth communication in the warehouse and with other departments.
How You Will Make an Impact
- In the role of warehouse administrator, you will be responsible for managing documentation related to warehouse flows, such as delivery notes, shipping labels, picking lists, and invoices. You will also plan and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries in close collaboration with logistics partners and other internal functions.
- You will ensure that the inventory balance is accurate by registering data, updating systems, and conducting regular checks. You will also produce reports on inventory status, stock levels, and deliveries.
- You will support with inventory controls and stocktaking to ensure everything is accurate and to identify any discrepancies. You will communicate with warehouse staff, purchasing, sales, and other units regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery plans.
- In this role, you will assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems and procedures, as well as performing other administrative tasks.

Your Background
- You have previous experience in a similar administrative role or warehouse support function, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with business systems (ERP), e.g., SAP or warehouse management systems.
- You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
- As a person, you have organizational skills and are detail-oriented. You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You work effectively both independently and collaboratively with others. You also have a problem-solving attitude.
- If you have an understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles, it is a plus.
